Return Policy Overview

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@harperrodeodenim.com with your order number
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Package Items: Securely package items in original packaging when possible
  4. Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (US orders only)
  5. Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return

Return Shipping

  • Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability:

  • Same item in different size or color
  • Must be requested within 30-day window
  • Original item must meet return conditions
  • We'll cover shipping for size exchanges on defective items
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit Card: 3-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
  • Gift Cards: Immediate store credit

Note: Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • Provide your order number and item details
  • We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
  • No need to return damaged items unless requested
