Return Policy Overview
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email returns@harperrodeodenim.com with your order number
- Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
- Package Items: Securely package items in original packaging when possible
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (US orders only)
- Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return

- Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability:
- Same item in different size or color
- Must be requested within 30-day window
- Original item must meet return conditions
- We'll cover shipping for size exchanges on defective items
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card: 3-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
- Gift Cards: Immediate store credit
Note: Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number and item details
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return damaged items unless requested
