Returns & Exchanges
Withdraw from your contract
Use our secure customer account portal to request cancellation of eligible unfulfilled items or a return of eligible delivered items. Shopify will email you a confirmation after you submit your request.

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for our commercial return policy. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply to you.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason. You may submit your withdrawal through the button above. For unfulfilled items, the same portal lets you submit a cancellation request.
After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. Unless we agree otherwise or the item is defective, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may handle an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by additional handling.
We will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to certain personalized goods.

How to Start a Return
- Open the portal: Sign in and select your order
- Submit your request: Select the eligible items you want to cancel or return and confirm your request
- Check your email: You'll receive an automatic confirmation of your request
- Package Items: Securely package items in original packaging when possible
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (US orders) or ship via your preferred carrier (international orders)
- Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return

- International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability:
- Same item in different size or color
- Must be requested within 30-day window
- Original item must meet return conditions
- We'll cover shipping for size exchanges on defective items
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Refund Timeline
- Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card: 3-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
- Gift Cards: Immediate store credit
Note: Original shipping costs are not refundable under our commercial return policy unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Where EU withdrawal rights apply, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option is reimbursed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number and item details
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return damaged items unless requested
