How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days at a flat rate of $10. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon - sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, our warehouse team begins processing your order. Contact us immediately at support@harperrodeodenim.com if you need to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, alterations, or damage. Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account and select 'Return Items' from your order history, or contact our support team. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions. Return shipping costs apply.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are free and easy. We'll send you the new size as soon as we receive your return, so you get your perfect fit faster.

Care & Maintenance
How should I wash my Harper Rodeo Denim?
Turn jeans inside out, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. For best results, air dry by hanging or laying flat. Heat from dryers can cause shrinkage and fade colors.
How often should I wash my denim?
Quality denim doesn't need to be washed after every wear. We recommend washing every 5-10 wears, or when visibly soiled. Spot clean minor stains and air out between wears to extend the life of your jeans.
Can I dry clean my denim?
While not necessary for regular care, dry cleaning is safe for our denim and can be useful for tough stains. Make sure to specify 'no starch' unless you want that crisp finish.
My denim is too long - can I hem it?
Absolutely! We recommend taking your jeans to a professional tailor familiar with Western wear. They can maintain the original hem style and proportions. Keep the original hem length in case you want to let them out later.
